Guangdong: Service Center to Bolster Protection

China Daily -- The Shenzhen Notary Public Office set up an intellectual property service center on Jan 6 to specially handle IP notarization for companies and individuals in Shenzhen, the first of its kind in the province. The center offers services including IP authorization notarization and evidence preservation notarization. Xu Wenhai, vice-mayor of Shenzhen, said the center will help to increase litigation efficiency and support IP protection in the city.
