Hubei: IP Tribunal Set to Handle Cross-regional Cases

The Wuhan Intellectual Property Tribunal, the first cross-regional IP case-handling institution in the province, was established last week. Wuhan is one of China's first four cities to take part in the cross-regional IP case-handling program. The tribunal is responsible for not only criminal, civil and administrative IP lawsuits in Wuhan, but also civil and administrative cases about patents, new plant varieties, integrated circuit designs, business secrets and monopoly arcoss the province.
