A national intellectual property industrial technology innovation alliance, which was founded by 129 companies, universities, colleges and research institutes in late February, is working to provide tailor-made, one-stop services, covering patent filing, assets evaluation, legal consultancy and other IP-related services. The alliance will attract more IP service providers and work to advance reforms in the sector, improve IP quality and promote a better service standards system, said its chairman Long Feng.
