TIPO publishes the “2018 Guidelines on the Best Licensing Practices of Collective Management Organiz

IPO's implementation of the APEC‘s project on the "2018 Guidelines on the Best Licensing Practices of Collective Management Organizations (CMOs) to MSMEs" was concluded successfully. This guideline is intended to help the CMOs of APEC economies to step up convenient licensing channels, stay abreast of relevant policy development, increase the competitiveness of CMOs and MSMEs in the digital age, and jointly create a better environment for licensing.
