■知的財産を保護する　「発明」が具体化したら、特許や意匠などの権利を取得できるか検討しましょう。自分で考えるのもいいですが、行政には知的財産センターなど、知的財産について相談する窓口もあるので、活用すると良いでしょう。また、弁理士に依頼すると、特許や意匠を代理申請してもらえます。
